In God's Heart

Starter Prayer:  "Good God, keep me forever inside of your abundant and generous flow of mercy, toward me, through me, in me, and from me."

It is a matter of the heart.  When I realize that I am running low on compassion or ability to forgive it helps me to find my pulse in my wrist.  My heart is always beating, and my desire is to remember that I live and move and have my being in Christ, the manifestation of God's heart -- God's love.

I linger with and in the heartbeat.  I ask for God's love to replenish my own store of compassion and mercy.

And then, knowing that this precious, lavish abundance is meant to flow from me to others, I move outwards.  I get on with getting on with whatever or whomever is facing me.
